BOARD AND STAFF
MUSIC ORCHARD RICHMOND (MOR)
Blen Fisseha
My name is Blen Fisseha. I am a Psychology and Marketing major at Virginia Commonwealth University, on the pre-law track to become an entertainment lawyer. My interests include project management, event planning, entertainment, and the ways psychology and marketing influence people and organizations. I have experience in event planning and fundraising with Arlington Public Schools through the Strategic Board, student committees, leadership roles, and organizing and coordinating school events. Additionally, I worked as a trainee with Montessori Public School of Arlington, where I worked with children through after-school programs. I have also gained professional experience working with nonprofit organizations through my previous role as an intern at NOVA ScriptsCentral. I hope to bring my skills and experiences to Music Orchard Richmond, gain more hands-on experience in the entertainment industry, and learn from the entire team. I’m excited to be here and to work with everyone!
